Overview:
As a Key Member of the Global Integration Team, the Senior Integration Engineer is responsible for all System Integration within the Enterprise Environment. Will provide Full Lifecycle Management of Middleware and Point-to-Point Integration Solutions for Oracle EBS and Legacy Applications. Strong, current knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture, Oracle Fusion Middleware products and Oracle Data Integrator Suite is required.

Responsibilities:
·       Will serve as the Technical Expert responsible for Design, Development, Implementation, and Support of Applications of the Enterprise SOA Platform.
·       Provide hands-on delivery of Integration Solutions including: Authoring Technical Documents, Designing Processes and Procedures, Defining Configuration Parameters, Developing Code and Reviewing Business Requirements.
·       Responsible for the Solution Design and Development of Oracle Middleware Components as well as the Oracle Data Integrator Suite.
·       Collaboration with Project Managers, System Integrators, Database, Infrastructure, QA and Business Users to Design and Develop Sound Integration Architecture Solutions which adhere to the Overall Enterprise Integration Strategies.
·       Perform Code Reviews with Development Teams to ensure proper Integration Architecture is implemented and Standards are followed.

Requirements:
·        Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; Advanced Degree a plus.
·       Technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA, OSB, BPM, AIA, WebLogic), Oracle Data Integrator Suite (ODI) and B2B.
·       Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite Technology Adapters for Integration Solutions between Enterprise Apps including: Database, JMS, B2B, FTP/SFTP, File, Web Service, BAM, Oracle Applications, and AS/400.
·       Proven history of SDLC Management and Application Programming Principles and Methodologies.
·       Will have a strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture

Forecasting Manager, Supply Chain

Overview:
Responsible for forecasting international product demand for all products from all sourcing locations and will be the key interface with US Domestic or Foreign sourcing locations.

Responsibilities:
·       Manage assigned accounts by performing their forecasting, planning and replenishment
·       Attends monthly or quarterly scorecards meeting with all the accounts and the respective associates to make sure that we are within the guidelines of what is acceptable and make changes to procedures if necessary
·       Works with the internal teams on replenishment issues (over $110 million per year of medical products to 15 distributor locations) within the business area and helping forecast for future orders
·       Interface with Sales Teams and Distributors to obtain Sales forecast projections
·       Develop statistical forecast based on prior history. Will work to significantly reduce slow moving inventory  through better forecasting and focusing on moving old products quickly
·       Will work to reduce excess non-stock items from shipping to distributors while increasing service levels through modification of  daily procedures.
·       Complete comparison of Sales/Distributor input to develop final forecast input 
·       Will engage Distributors to obtain sell in/sell out information from their data bases 
·       Review final input projection with Sales prior to submission 
·       Develop and report forecast accuracy measurements 
·       Forecasts are to cover turn and promotional events for Stock and Custom product 
·       Support Project Management projects as appropriate to optimize International Customer Service/Fill Rate strategies

Requirements:
·       Bachelor’s Degree in business required. Masters a plus. Operations or Production Management a plus.
·       Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Forecasting, Production or Inventory Planning
