C#, ASP.Net Developer (Huntington, L.I., NY)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for designing and developing a web-based n-tier Integrated Business Solution and Reporting System based off of business requirements.
• Will work closely with management and staff to evaluate and recommend the “best practices approach” to various requirements.
• Will also implement various Microsoft technologies deemed appropriate for integration.

Must Haves:
• Three plus years of solid experience with C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server 2000, SQL Reporting Services, Web Services, .Net Remoting and a solid knowledge of MS Office, especially in Word and Excel.
• Expertise in .Net architecture & design, skills in Design patterns, OO, and demonstrable experience producing 3-tier architecture, experience designing & building high reliability systems
• Previous experience in developing scalable, flexible and manageable Integrated Business Solutions and Reporting Systems
• Experienced with Rules-based Engine concepts utilizing XML
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Implementation of Artificial Intelligence technologies a big plus

Software QA / Tech Support Engineer (Hauppauge, L.I., NY)

• The duties for this role will be split between Tech Support and Software Testing.

Database Engineer (New York City)

We are seeking a Database Engineer to join a niche team responsible for designing, supporting, and administering distributed databases for both strategic and tactical trading and research initiatives.
• Will work closely with development groups on schema, index, and query design to support application development.
• Will lead performance monitoring and fine tuning for optimal performance and collaborate with financial experts and software engineers to design data models.
• Using a combination of Windows and UNIX based applications, including Microsoft SQL Server, as well as several proprietary in-house file and database systems distributed over multiple sites, you will take ownership of a wide variety of technical projects.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Must have experience implementing, testing, and fixing defects in physical production databases; planning and implementing backup and recovery procedures; and working with data manipulation and database query languages (e.g., T-SQL, PL/SQL, MS).
• Scripting experience on Windows and UNIX is a definite advantage, and familiarity with highly concurrent database access is paramount.
• The ideal candidate will be able to input and understand database identifiers in complex distributed environments, determine the optimum values of the physical data base parameters, create database management system documentation, and automate processes already in place.
• Demonstrated achievement producing database wrappers and stored procedures is also desired.

High Frequency Trading Operations Engineer (New York City)
