Store Systems Support Analyst

We are seeking a Systems Support Technician to address both Computer Hardware and Software related issues for our Corporate Headquarters and our Retail Stores.

Responsibilities:
·        Provide Help Desk and Remote Support to Corporate and Off-Site Users. Answer and Resolve user Support Requests to the Help Desk.
·        Install and Configure Hardware and Software. Identify, Diagnose, and Resolve 1st Level PC Software and Hardware issues.
·        Assist in the Installation and Support of all Corporate and Retail Software Applications.
·        Record and Track Support Calls, including Documenting of Notes and Resolution/Results in Help Desk System.
·        Travel to various locations in Nassau, Suffolk Counties and Staten Island for On-Site Support of Hardware and Software and for Hardware Repair and/or Replacement.
·        Participates in Special Projects as needed.

Requirements:
·        Must have a Current Knowledge of Windows and PC Hardware and Software
·        Must have Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills.
·        Will be a Motivated, Independent Self Starter with Strong Organizational Skills
·        Ability to work well in team-oriented environment.
·        Will have Demonstrated Ability to Take Initiative and Responsibility.
·        Capable of Troubleshooting both Hardware and Software issues.
·        Will have some experience on a Help Desk or as a PC Support Representative
·        Must be available to work weekends and be on call as required. Must be able to perform physical activities and lift equipment.
·        Must possess valid NYS Drivers license.

Master Data Management Manager
Overview:
·        Strategic, Leadership role within IT, with a supporting team of Technical and Business Analysts. 
·        Will be the direct interface to Senior and Executive Level Business Partners, and will provide leadership of Program Management and Business Analysis services towards successful execution of global objectives.
·        Will plan, execute, and finalize projects and programs according while meeting deadlines and staying within budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
·        Project Management: 
·        Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects; define staffing requirements & responsibilities, and set deadlines based on documented project plan. Will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals & objectives of the business area.
·        Business Analysis: 
·        Analyzes business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge.
·        Responsible for full life-cycle project management on large-scale IT projects in support of business objectives. Projects will include mix of vendor software package solution implementations and integration, as well as some in-house custom developed applications. 
·        Client Management & Communications: 
·        Responsible for managing the relationship between IT and Executive level leadership within the business community, to provide technical and business process solutions to meet user needs.   Responsible for communication with Executive and Senior Management as well as Department Managers
·        Team Management: 
·        Responsibilities include building a team with the technical skills necessary to support internal and external customers, and developing a staff training and professional development strategy.
·        Vendor Management: 
·        Management of technology vendor relationships, including contract execution and scope definition. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation and assignments.
·        Research, Analyze & Document Requirements:
·        Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user business needs and requirements. 
·        Requirements Definition & Documentation: 
·        Consult with business users to gather and document information about program needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements.
·        Project Planning & Development: 
·        Prepare detailed description of program functions, and create project and task plans required to develop or modify customized computer programs or purchase packaged vendor applications.
·        Unit & System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT): 
·        Manage and participate in testing activities, to refine and debug programs, and obtain required user acceptance documentation.  
·        Implementation & Deployment: 
·        Manage and schedule new system implementations and deployments.
·        Training and End-User Documentation: 
·        Prepare user documentation and participate in end-user training, as required.
·        Reporting: 
·        Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects.  Monitor and summarize progress of project.
·        Compliance: 
·        Ensures accuracy and completeness of all required Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) documentation.

Data Warehouse & Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities:
·        Document and/or analyze business requirements that drive the development and design of technical reports by analyzing report requests with respect to cross-product functionality, return on investment and process flow.
·        Design, develop, and implement reports in the data warehouse reporting environment utilizing business requirements.
·        Maintain and enhance existing reports and queries as well as database model to meet new/updated business requirements.
·        Perform impact analysis of all projects with respect to reporting needs.
·        Design, develop, implement and maintain SQL Server SSIS packages that import data daily from various source systems, including some FTP.
·        Monitor data integrity on source systems; Coordinate data updates with software support and programming.
