Overview:
The Scrum Master will serve as the “Servant Leader” for one or more Teams by ensuring clear lines of communication and helping the Team reach its goals. Will drive the appropriate Agile Methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with a focus on predictable, quality delivery and continuous improvement. He/She will facilitate team productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the obtainment of the team's goals and by preserving flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes on the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as Scrum Master for one or more teams
  • Integrates Agile & Lean principles into team practices and work products
  • Ensures team maintains focus on quality and continuous delivery
  • Developing ability to help onboard or act as a mentor to a Scrum Master with less experience 
  • Proactively identifies impediments and appropriately resolves using network of peers and formal channels (including escalation if required)
  • Will introduce new and advanced practices to improve the team and their delivery
  • Demonstrates ability to balance data with other factors when making decisions
  • Understands domain architecture and upstream/downstream dependencies
  • Utilizes team feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc) to identify areas of opportunity and works with team to continuously improve
  • Coaches the team to improve collaboration and self-organization
  • Coach the Agile Team on Extreme Programming (XP) Engineering practices and benefits
  • Actively seeks and participates in a variety of learning opportunities such as Communities of Practice, conferences, classroom training and independent study to further develop self and community

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree a plus
  • Must have strong, current Agile experience in a Scrum Master capacity
  • Will have previous experience as a member of an Agile Team; ideally within a Financial Services Firm.
  • Will have one or more of the following Certifications:
         Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP Certification or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
         PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma Certification
         SAFe Certification or experience (other Scaled Agile Frameworks acceptable)
  • Must be willing to travel, on occasion, as necessary

Overview:
The Supply Chain Analytics Lead will Develop an Analytical Framework to Support a Data Driven Approach to Quantify and Prioritize Innovations which will help Customers to Productively Manage Indirect Spend and Realize Measurable Savings in Total Cost of Ownership. He/She will Build Data-Driven Analytical Models to Support Product Enhancement and Product Expansion Opportunities for our Customer Inventory Management Capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development of Reusable Analytical Models to Blend, Cleanse and Transform Transactional and Non-Transactional Data in Multiple Formats from Multiple Sources to Provide Insights on Existing Solutions and to Identify Opportunities for Data Quality Improvement.
  • Support the Development of our Inventory Solutions Roadmap by matching short and long-term capability needs with supply chain needs.
  • Work with Leadership to develop new solutions and improvements to existing offerings through collaboration with IT, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Support and 3rd party providers to prioritize and develop product enhancements.
  • Develop and Manage Delivery of Data-Driven Insights through Interactive Dashboards for Sr. Leadership; Partner with Senior Leaders to Identify Opportunities to Implement Analytics Solutions.
  • Identify Areas of Opportunity to Better Understand Customer Experience and Improve Customer Service
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, research, prioritize and solve problems that maximize impact and value for all stakeholders.
  • Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain or Engineering or related field is required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Developing Analytical Data Models, Predictive Models and Interactive Visualizations using Tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik or similar is required; proficiency with R is strongly preferred.
  • Will have very Strong Analytical and Data Visualization Skills.
  • Must have strong, current experience working with Technical, Business and Design Teams.
  • Advanced Critical Thinking, Analysis, Problem Solving and Synthesis Skills with the ability to move seamlessly between Strategic and Detail-Oriented Thinking
  • Will be skilled in Planning, Organizing and Project Management with excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
  • Superior English Oral and Written Communication and Presentation Skills are a must have.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 20% of the time are required.

Overview:
The SQL Server Database Administrator will be responsible for Design, Development, Installation, Performance Tuning and Maintenance of all Databases and our Enterprise Data Warehouse to ensure high levels of Data Availability. Will Oversee Database Policies and Procedures to ensure the Integrity and Availability of Databases and Related Software. This is a Golden Opportunity to expand your experience with the Latest Tools and Technology

Responsibilities:

  • Design, Build, Implement, Monitor and Maintain Database Health and Performance. Define Database Security, Physical Layout and Database Functional Capabilities.
  • Maintain and Troubleshoot Database Performance by calculating optimum values for database parameters; implementing new releases; completing maintenance requirements; evaluating computer operating systems and hardware products.
  • Proactively and reactively resolve database performance and capacity issues, including managing indexes, SQL trace data, audits, and alerting
  • Analyze Query Execution Plans and Advise Developers on Best Practices for Database Code
  • Manage and Support Team Members for requests with Integration Services (SSIS) or Reporting Services (SSRS) and other data ETL tools.
  • Automate Routine Tasks and Alert Responses using PowerShell, SQL, .Net or other tools
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, and Business Teams as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Education and Work Experience, Advanced Degree a Plus.
  • Experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server.
  • Strong, Current SQL Database Administration and Development along with Solid Skills in Data Analysis, Reporting and Relational Database Design of SQL Server 2008R2 to 2016. Must have current experience with:  SQL Server 2008R2 through 2016; SQL Server on Virtual Environments (VMware, etc.); SQL Server Always-On with Windows Clusters.
  • Current experience with T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Multidimensional Expressions (MDX), Cubes along with extensive knowledge of Administration, High Availability, Backup and Restore of MS SQL Databases.
  • Experience with Replication, DTS/SSIS, Index Management, and Statistics. Reporting experience using SSRS and Crystal Reports
  • Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using Native Monitoring and Troubleshooting Tools
  • Experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Options for SQL Server
  • Experience in Scripting the Implementation of Operational Automation
  • Solid experience with Computer Security Procedures and Protocols
  • Solid Organizational, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills with a Demonstrated Ability to Prioritize Tasks
  • Must Have Strong Interpersonal, Communication, Analytical and Documentation Skills
