Overview:
Responsible for managing the delivery of Business Intelligence / Analytic projects from concept to delivery.  Provides leadership across business functional teams to promote value of Data Science, Analytics and Reporting while empowering, coaching and motivating Business and IT Associates.

Responsibilities:
·        Leads and promotes the Business Intelligence Delivery Team’s project activities to ensure the effective delivery of information to cross functional business users.
·        Manages Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Development Teams in the areas of scheduling, technical direction, future planning and standard development practices.
·        Leads and performs product evaluations and proof of concepts for new and emerging Business Intelligence & Analytic Solutions to advance the maturity of our Business Intelligence landscape. Acts as internal consulting advocate, mentor and change agent for new systems, applications, tools and technology with special emphasis on Business Intelligence, Data Management and Data Warehouse.
·        Manages full time staff, consultants and vendor relationships across multiple locations through business / system analysis and application development activities.
·        Collaborates with Technology Staff and Business Users to conceive and implement innovative and scalable solutions to address business challenges and objectives.
·        Responsible for cross functional operations and manages multiple projects while assuming responsibility for appropriate architectures and technical implementations. Meets scheduled milestones to ensure that project & program objectives are met in a timely manner.
·        Will leverage knowledge of the principles, theories, practices and techniques for managing all activities from design, development, implementation and transition to steady state.
·        Performs all duties inherent to the role of Manager including hiring, termination, review and development of Staff.

Requirements:
·        Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related; Master’s Degree a plus.
·        Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a staff is required
·        5 years of Business Intelligence Application Delivery experience including managing teams of Developers, Systems Analysts, Business Analysts and our Systems Architecture. Ability to design, develop, integrate and implement complex Business Intelligence/Analytic packages and solutions is required.
·        Must have strong, current experience developing Business Intelligence/Analytic Solutions based on major ERP Platforms (SAP-preferred, Oracle, Infor).
·        Strong background in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts, applications, tools and technologies required.
·        Proven, current experience with major Business Intelligence / Analytic packages such as: SAP Business Objects, PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Oracle OBIEE, IBM Cognos.
·        Strong multi-source Data Integration experience (multiple source types), ETL and near real-time.
·        Strong understanding of Business Intelligence/Analytic Data Modeling Techniques, Use Cases and Algorithms. Experience with major relational databases such as SQL Server/APS, HANA, Oracle, DB2 required.
·        Will have experience with the practical application of advanced analytical, predictive and data science concepts.
·        PMP Certification or equivalent a plus
·        Strong leadership, management, relationship and team building skills are required along with the ability to motivate and drive teams towards successful delivery of projects and solutions.
·        Strong practical knowledge of Traditional and Agile SDLC Methodologies required.
·        Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
·        Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills are required. 
·        Excellent English communication and presentation skills are an absolute must
