Overview:
• Should have experience with building web-based B2B and B2C e-commerce systems.
• Responsible for design, development and enhancement of the firm’s global, object-oriented, multi-tiered web applications.
• Develop the application's user interface and functionality.
• In-depth knowledge of ASP.Net, C#, XML, Web Services, WCF, WPF, SQL Server, CSS, JavaScript, XHTML, AJAX and W3C Web Standards.
• Solid understanding of object oriented programming and web technologies is a must.
• Knowledge of content management servers and commerce servers are a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in application design and creates technical specifications for components of the application.
• Prototypes and implements web pages. Will work with graphics designers, writers, software designers and business units to develop page concepts and content.
• Develop static and dynamic web pages for various divisions in multiple languages and currencies.
• Design, program, test and implement modifications to application software according to departmental standards.
• Responsible for code optimization, standardization and overall development.
• Prepares time schedules for the coding and implementation of new systems.
Experience Needed:
• 3+ years experience in developing web based business to business or business to customer e-commerce systems.
• Solid/Current experience with: ASP.Net, C#, XML, Web Services, WCF, WPF, SQL Server, CSS, JavaScript, XHTML, AJAX and W3C Standards.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Commerce Server and Content Management is a plus.
