Sales Rep, Contract Staffing

Overview
• This position is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close within the NY Metro area.
• Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of an expanding customer base in the NY Metropolitan area.
• Work with management and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
• Expand upon existing client base and develop new clients primarily within the Financial, Insurance and HealthCare verticals in the NY Metro area.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the sales of Staffing and Recruiting Services (Primarily Contract Services) in the NY Metropolitan area.
• Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers at all levels.
• Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers in line with their business needs.
• Gain the complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
• Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
• Keeps current re: inventory of personnel by reviewing internal candidates’ capabilities, potential and ideal work environment.
• Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
• Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking…
• Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and the firm’s solutions to their problems.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented.

Internal / External Cooperation:

• Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

This is a permanent, full time position.
All candidates MUST be local to NY City.

I was the first and only Account Executive to reach 6 million dollars of production; I had also been named the #2 Account Manager for the Decade of the '90's. I had consistently lead the Woodbury office to its position as the #1 Office in the nation. Prior to that, I served 9 years in the U.S. Marine Corps. While in the Military, I received a full scholarship to college through the Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program.
