Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities:

Manage the day to day functions of the firm’s
locations including management of personnel, hours, scheduling and the ordering
and maintenance of office and facility supplies
·
Oversee the firm’s overall facilities needs; order
and maintain all supplies necessary to ship and receive goods
·
Will have experience understanding Fire and Security
systems
·
Have a strong working knowledge of the
Enterprise System used by the firm; ideally will have current experience with Visual
ERP and RFPlus
·
Oversee and manage site personnel to ensure that
all data is properly recorded
·
Create, maintain and follow standards, policies
and procedures
·
Examine day to day process flows and recommend
improvements
·
Advise customers as required: keeping them
informed of shipping/receiving progress, notifying them of impending changes or
potential stock outages
·
Communicate the status of support requests to Upper
Management
Requirements:
·
Must have a BA/BS Degree; Advanced Degree a plus
and a minimum 5 years of related experience
·
Previous management experience of overseeing at
least 100K square feet
·
Will have a demonstrated track record of cycle
counts accuracy, and systematic inventory reductions
·
Must be detail oriented and self motivating with
solid coaching and team building skills
·
Have knowledge of documentation required for
shipping and receiving goods to & from the firm’s location(s)
·
Must have current working knowledge of Logistics,
both Domestic and International
·
Proven analytical, evaluative and
problem-solving abilities with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
quickly
·
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, etc…)
·
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
along with a customer-care oriented focus
·
Excellent English written and verbal communication
skills; knowledge of Spanish a plus
