Overview:
The Technical Support / Identity and
Access Management (IAM) Specialist maintains and supports Network Access,
Database and System Components and Remote Access for the Entire Organization. Will
be responsible for Administration and Support of the Office 365 environment
along with Security and Access Management
Responsibilities:
- Support existing Identity and Access Management program through the implementation of key IAM technologies and services.
- O365 Administration and Modifications such as Mailbox Creation, Add/Removal of Associates in Distribution Lists. Create IT related accounts including Active Directory, AS400, VMI, and VPN Accounts.
- General Offboarding Activities such as Disabling Network Accounts and Removal of Access & Privileges.
- Set Consultant Account Extensions in Active Directory and AS400.
- Adhere to production system access policies and guidelines.
- Grant IT Development Access to Production Systems.
- Processing of Provisioning/ De-Provisioning Activities.
- Perform Security Administration including troubleshooting access issues.
- Report any data discrepancies to Internal Audit and IT Management.
- Ensures the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
- Will ideally have five years of related systems engineering and customer interaction experience.
- Must have strong, current Office 365 experience including Mailbox Activities and Licensing, Network Services; Active Directory, Onboarding and Offboarding and with Provisioning/ De-Provisioning Activities
- Will have experience with Remote Access Services such as RSA, Azure Multifactor Authentication.
- Troubleshooting experience of Complex Enterprise-Architected Systems on Multiple Platforms along with an awareness of Current Information Technology Products, Services, and Solutions.
- Must be able to work well with management, staff members and user community.
- Will have some knowledge of IT Methodologies and Compliance Standards such as SOX & ITIL, etc.
- SAP knowledge and troubleshooting experience a plus.
- Absolutely must have solid English oral and written communication skills
