Overview:
The Supply Chain Analytics Lead will Develop an Analytical Framework
to Support a Data Driven Approach to Quantify and Prioritize Innovations which
will help Customers to Productively Manage Indirect Spend and Realize Measurable
Savings in Total Cost of Ownership. He/She will Build Data-Driven Analytical
Models to Support Product Enhancement and Product Expansion Opportunities for our
Customer Inventory Management Capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Development of Reusable Analytical Models to Blend, Cleanse and Transform Transactional and Non-Transactional Data in Multiple Formats from Multiple Sources to Provide Insights on Existing Solutions and to Identify Opportunities for Data Quality Improvement.
- Support the Development of our Inventory Solutions Roadmap by matching short and long-term capability needs with supply chain needs.
- Work with Leadership to develop new solutions and improvements to existing offerings through collaboration with IT, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Support and 3rd party providers to prioritize and develop product enhancements.
- Develop and Manage Delivery of Data-Driven Insights through Interactive Dashboards for Sr. Leadership; Partner with Senior Leaders to Identify Opportunities to Implement Analytics Solutions.
- Identify Areas of Opportunity to Better Understand Customer Experience and Improve Customer Service
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, research, prioritize and solve problems that maximize impact and value for all stakeholders.
- Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain or Engineering or related field is required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Highly proficient in Developing Analytical Data Models, Predictive Models and Interactive Visualizations using Tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik or similar is required; proficiency with R is strongly preferred.
- Will have very Strong Analytical and Data Visualization Skills.
- Must have strong, current experience working with Technical, Business and Design Teams.
- Advanced Critical Thinking, Analysis, Problem Solving and Synthesis Skills with the ability to move seamlessly between Strategic and Detail-Oriented Thinking
- Will be skilled in Planning, Organizing and Project Management with excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Superior English Oral and Written Communication and Presentation Skills are a must have.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 20% of the time are required.
