Rapidly expanding and successful B2B / B2C eCommerce Firm is looking to add Energetic, Motivated Programmers / Application Developers to our Development Team.
Responsibilities:
· Participating in the Complete Project Life Cycle of Software Development to include: Requirements Gathering, Design, Construction, Testing, Deployment, And Maintenance
· Implement User-Friendly Front-End Functionalities for our Ecommerce Site
· Develop Applications in support of the Firm's internal and external operations
· Ensuring system reliability and optimizing performance
Requirements:
· Absolutely must have strong, current skills with: Java, SQL, XML, HTML, JavaScript (jQuery, Prototype, Script.aculo.us), and CSS
· Will have current experience with Web Application Development, preferably with Java Frameworks such as Spring, Struts, Hibernate, etc.
· Must be proficient in the Development of Algorithms, and Software Engineering and have a Strong Understanding of Computer Science Fundamentals
· Must have excellent English Oral and Written Communication Skills and be able to interface with both Technical and Non-Technical Users / Customers at all levels
This is a permanent, full time position.
